Shipping Policy
At YHWH Empyreal Herbal Skincare, we are committed to preparing each order with care, intention, and precision. Every product is handcrafted in small batches to ensure the highest quality.
Business Hours
Our business operates:
- Monday – Thursday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM (EST)
- Friday: 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM (EST)
Orders are only processed during these hours.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–14 business days.
- Processing time does not include shipping time
- Orders are processed during business hours only
- During high-volume periods, processing may take the full 14 business days
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Time
After processing, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 1–5 business days
- International: 7–21+ business days (depending on location)
Shipping times are determined by the carrier and are outside of our control.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
- Due to high order volume, address changes are not guaranteed after purchase
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect address:
- The order can be reshipped once shipping is repaid
Failed Deliveries & Returned Packages
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful or a package is undeliverable, it will be returned to us.
Once returned:
- We can reship your order (shipping must be repaid)
- Or provide an alternative resolution where applicable
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries.
- Customers are responsible for customs fees, duties, or import taxes
- If a package is delayed or returned due to customs, we will assist once it is received back to us
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email.
- Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates
- Please check your tracking before reaching out
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your package shows delivered but is not received:
- Please contact the carrier directly
- Check with neighbors or your local post office
